A first posting: to begin an online journal, sharing my views on things that inspire my life and art. Inspire: to breathe in. My creativity is sparked by everything around me, earth, air, fire, water, the animals, people, plants, books, skies, relationships, circles, sorrows, mysteries, letters, language, history, herstory, drumming, dancing and celebrations. I want to post things I have learned from my teachers and my students, my epiphanies (those ah ha! moments), my working process, my discoveries, my passions. In these days when I am not as mobile as I’d like to be, perhaps this blog will be my virtual presence out there beyond the edges of my home and studio.
